- The current library system must be accessible, and the data must be exportable and capable of manipulation for migration.
- The migration service is charged per data category/volume (bibliographic records, items, patrons, etc.).
- 12-Month Data Warranty: Coverage for data integrity, including corrections for missing, incorrect, or incomplete migrated data.
- Ongoing support for resolving data-related issues for 12 months after migration completion.
