1. What is Lemonjar Online?
- Lemonjar Online can be accessed via https://online.lemonjar.com.my. Lemonjar Online is a system to allow end user to subscribe to our services and make the payment online.
- Lemonjar Online is open for Malaysian and International users.
2. What kind of services that we can subscribe from this system?
- We provide Koha ILS related services, DSpace Digital Repository System related services and EPrints Digital Repository System related services.
3. Do you have training courses?
- Yes, we cover Koha ILS, DSpace and EPrints trainings. The training divided into 3 forms, which are onsite, online and tutorial videos.
- We have Lemonjar Training Academy for the users to learn the courses via tutorial videos, https://academy.lemonjar.com.my/.
4. Is the onsite training can organize at other country, such as Indonesia?
- The onsite training is only available at Malaysia.
5. Can I check my subscribed service/s from the systems?
- Yes, you will have a dashboard to view your subscribed services. We even provide the information of the subscription, when it will end.
6. Any reminder to us towards the subscription service?
- Yes, we will remind you in 2 months in advance before your subscription end.
7. What kind of payment method this system has?
- Lemonjar Online using HitPay for the online payment gateway services. You can check their info via https://www.hitpayapp.com/.
- Other than online payment, we also accept manual payment like receive Purchase Order and bank in the payment to our company account.
8. How do we use the system?
- First of all, you can check our services via https://online.lemonjar.com.my. The information of the services is listed on each item. If you have any question you can send in your enquiry to sales@lemonjar.com.my, or using our form on bottom of the main page, or https://www.lemonjar.com.my/index.php/contact-us-2/.
- We even have an online chatting app at the system, just get in touch with us. The live chatting is only available Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm, follow Malaysian Time.
