- Koha Annual Maintenance & Technical Support Service [Premium Package]
- Maintenance service after warranty - per 12-months/ 1 year basis
- Contract for 1-year (12-months) technical support & maintenance services as below:
- 2 times preventive maintenance service (online) per annum.
- Unlimited corrective maintenance service (online) per annum.
- On demand system technical support.
- First level support: online
- System guidance and support guidance to Librarian.
- System data backup, system cleaning and system health checking.
- Maintenance service only involve patch code update and does not include Koha version upgrade. (e.g. Koha 22.05 update to 22.11)
- Maintenance service only include system patch code update (OS, DB, Apache) and does not include version upgrade. (e.g. Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04)
- Support Time: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6:00pm) according to GMT+8 (UTC+08:00).
- Support will be replied within 24 hours during working hours.
