This service includes installing, configuring, testing and commissioning of the instance.

Basic settings like create the first library, circulation rules, SMTP email and upload header banner and footer are included.

Our engineer will contact you on the timeline. Normally it takes 72 hours on working days depending on your requirements.

The technical support is only maintaining the instance, it will not include the technical support on using Koha.

Subsequent year of technical support and maintenance is RM 1,846.80.
